The Camo trend.

Without a doubt winter is on it’s way.  The mornings are much darker, and days but shorter.  Yesterday, I even bought my first winter jacket for 2013.  The store’s are packed with winter clothes and it’s very obvious Camo is going to be huge this coming season.

I spoilt my self with this divine Country Road jacket.  I believe when it comes it jacket’s – splurge.  You can keep them forever and wear them to death. I went for a more plain camo jacket, as I feel if you go for the printed one’s, you cant get away with wearing them as often.

The Patchwork Shirt.

With winter a couple of weeks away, this denim Celine patchwork shirt could easily become my staple winter outfit.  If I could get my hand on this exact Celine shirt, I would but living in South Africa its a tad hard.  However, I came across this divine look alike on on Asos the other day and think it’s worth the buy – what do you think?

Bright Beanie’s.

New York fashion week is that time of the year when all the fashion gods come together and share with us there idea’s and what trends we can expect.  But for me, one of my favourites is the street style spotting.

Im not sure what the reason, maybe it’s the cold weather and all them stylish ones were trying to protect their hair from frizzying.  But,  it’s made me want to track one down. The bright beanie of course.

Blue and White China Prints.

A trend that is starting to pop up everywhere is the Blue and White China Print trend.  There are so many way’s to pull this look off.  A lot of designer’s are using the Breton stripe and working off that into the whole china print effect -which I’m loving.  I’d pair a divine Blue and White China Print shirt with some denim skinny’s.

Watch this space – this print is going to be huge.

Bold Coloured Bikers.

Almost every street style image I have come across lately, is someone sporting a bold coloured biker jacket.  Seem’s to be a big trend.  Something I’m not sure I would be able to pull off.  I do love the look though.  I would go for the printed one’s more than like a bright green or blue.  What do you think?

Emma Watson’s Style.

Like Emma Watson or loathe her, you can’t criticise her style – she’s always got a certain ‘Englishness’ about her.  Which I love.  It’s no secret that Emma loves a trench coat – ever since she did her campaign for Burberry she’s been spotted in multiple versions of their style.

Beetlejuice Stripes.

Who’d have thought it?  One of the most random films of the 1980s produced a character so strange that everyone wants to dress like them for 2013… Strange. Say hello to the Beetlejuicers. That doesn’t even sound nice does it? But it looks pretty good!

Where ever you turn this season, you will see BLACK AND WHITE.  Im addicted to them.  Zara and Country Road are following this trend, so pop past one of their store’s is you, like me, love black and white.  Stripes are hard to hear, especially if on pants, I’ve gone for the blazer’s and tops.

Miranda Kerr with her Celine Tote.

It’s hardly original to like Miranda Kerr’s style, she has one of the best wardrobe’s around.  Well, that and the cutest little dog.  To be honest it was the fact that she own’s the same dog as Jack and Ella that drew me to her style.  I love how classic her wardrobe is, and how she uses the same pieces again and again – just like her Celine maroon tote bag.  Which I am obsessed with.

Sienna Miller’s Style.

Well it’s quite obvious that Sienna Rose Miller became known to most of us by dating Jude Law { not once, but twice } that shot her up to meteoric levels of super-stardom, but it probably helps that she looked very pretty doing it.  Blonde tussled hair, simple style, simple wardrobe – all the things I really wish I had, and  a style that gives off the image that it comes so natural to her.

Sienna has two elements to her look – boho and classic. I’m not really into the whole boho-chic thing, but I do like the pretty florals and summer dresses she wears.
